If you are interested in having a bespoke resin or microcement install, be it kitchen worktops, flooring, walls, or a custom install the process is virtually the same. Once I have had an initial talk to you about your requirements be it phone or email, I will then organise with you an appropriate time to carry out a site survey, and discuss your design requirements in further depth regarding colours, design, effects etc.
I will then get back to you with a quote to carry out your install. Once agreed I will then make a free sample board based on your design requirements for you to sign of on. (If a design change is made after and you are needing another sample board there will be an extra charge)
Once all is decided. I will discuss a start date and any requirements I may need (like furniture and appliances being moved or surfaces being cleaned) we will then get the relevant paperwork signed and take a deposit. I will then install your bespoke resin design and collect the remaining balance once you have signed off and you’re happy.
